Biztech’s Response to Coronavirus
As the world grapples with how best to address the Corona virus (COVID-19) Pandemic Biztech is taking it’s own steps to ensure continued service delivery to all of our customers.
Biztech will be following all of the recommended steps outlined by Health Officials when it comes to helping protect our customers and staff. At present support operations are continuing as normal. Staff can be reached via phone or email. If the situation changes and staff are required to work from home this will not affect our capabilities to support our customers. We have everything in place to securely work from home. Calls to Biztech’s phone numbers will still be answered as we can take calls remotely. We are also here to help you protect your employees by helping setup remote work arrangements where necessary.
Due to the surge in companies setting up staff to work from home stocks are low. Our suppliers are indicating longer than normal delivery times for laptops however we are working to access alternate sources of supply so our customers continue their operations during this difficult time.
Onsite support calls are still available and can be scheduled where needed. If any Government restrictions are put into place then further updates will be posted here and customers informed as soon as possible.
We understand that the current Pandemic is going to be a challenging time for everyone. Biztech will be here to assist and help ensure your business continues to run smoothly and efficiently.
